My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

So.... I nearly choked on my morning coffee when I read this one's description... WHAT??? Alpha X Alpha?!?!?! OMG, YES!!! THANK YOU MANGA GODDESS!!!

I'm sooooooo happy to read this one!

That being said I'm sure you can imagine how I got carried away with reading it. First off let me say this... It did NOT disappoint! I love the story these two have with each other and how there is a back story given as part of the story!

The mangaka managed to meld the present and the past together beautifully in a way that it didn't seem like a flashback but more like it was all a part of the story being shown to you. It was still able to be recognized as a flashback too!
This is so not easy to do in my opinion!

Now then, Since we are looking at my opinions, Here's my rating...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

.
9

.

Ok I know... Why just a 9 if I say I was so happy with it??? To be honest I read every chapter I could find... The art is sooooo amazingly good in my opinion and the story is wonderfully written. The only thing I worry about is if it will have a good ending or go astray into astronomical failure!

See, I've seen really good manga get to the point I'd call them really crappy manga instead and have even questioned myself on what I was thinking when I first saw them. It can be so bad!

But then there are those that go so well too... Sometimes they even start off abysmal and become amazing! This is why I worry... Right now this one could go either way and I really hope it goes the good way! It's not one I want to see drop into the abyss never to be heard of again!

With that I hope you will understand when I say you really should check it out. It's such a great story so far (chapter 27) and I can't wait to see what's next!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a lovey dovey day!!!

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

And you can buy season one here...

Amazon: Overlord

Now I'm very sure you've noticed that this is far more places to watch than I usually list... the truth is that I love this anime! I watched season one a long time ago with my son but I had no idea how far it's come!

Let me start by saying I'm not sure how many seasons are on some of the sites but I know that crunchyroll, hulu, and I believe FUNimation all have up to season 3. I have to grab my boy and watch season one all over again! Then we can continue with two and three!!!

For this review I refreshed my memory of the first five episodes but I will be watching those again with my son too. Yes I think it's that good an anime!

So basically it's an Isekai... well as far as I understand the term anyway. Our main character is all set to say goodbye to his beloved world but when he should be signed off he opens his eyes and finds not only is he still there but there isn't quite right either! For one, all the NPC he and his friends created are now moving on their own and... Surprise surprise... They are, for all intents and purposes, ALIVE! He keeps his cool though... and what follows...

Nah... watch it to find out!

You won'r regret it after all... But here is something I can tell you... The rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

10

Yup it got a 10! even though I'd watched part of it before I would have watched it again... Yes I'm talking about if it hadn't come up on the roulette! The art style is beautiful and the story is great.... each episode leaves you wanting to know what happens next... I think that even if they had a terrible ending for it I'd still be happy over all because of how good it is!

And on that note this review shall come to an end!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a magical, happy and healthy day!!!

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

Okay... So this one was hard to find! I really did have a hard time. To be honest, it was so worth it though! I loved it so much that I read all the chapters that were available to me in the USA. Yeah I know there aren't that many I could find and I can't tell you how sad that made me! There are 36 chapters that Anime-Planet knows of but I could only find up to the first 7! I want more!!!

I think that is the one thing I dislike about reading these online... You are always soooo far behind the actual manga that it makes me want to cry! Anyhow... Shall we get back to this review?

So I can completely understand why both our main characters want to meet or want to avoid meeting. And I agree there might be some jealousy going on but I don't know if it's because of a love interest or because of a protective friendship. Either way our main character has his hands full with figuring out how he feels about the two dreamboat men in his life!

Not only that but I wonder if his best friend actually is interested in him as more than a friend and how he plans on winning him away from a hunk with a nice body and an even more amazing attitude. Can you say "the race is on" and not think of this situation???

I know I can't!

I think giving away any more than this is just telling you the story so if you want to know more you should check it out! However, there is one more thing I can tell you! The rating!!!!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

This one only got a 9 because there are still so many ways it can go bad. There are so many chapters I haven't been able to find and I can't find a way to buy it! That alone makes it so I can't give it a 10! I want more and I can't get it! If any of you come across a way to buy it please let me know in the comments because I really want to read it and have no problem buying it!

With that last plea I am going to end this!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a judgement free day!!!

Synopsis
.
.
Spontaneous Human Combustion: a chaotic phenomenon that has plagued humanity for years, randomly transforming ordinary people into flaming, violent creatures known as Infernals. While Infernals make up the first-generation accounts of Human Combustion, the second and third generations became known as pyrokinetics—people gifted with the ability to manipulate and control their flames while remaining human. To combat the Infernal threat and discover the cause, the Tokyo Armed Forces, Fire Defense Agency, and Holy Church of Sol produced their answer: the Special Fire Force.

Young and eager third-generation pyrokinetic Shinra Kusakabe, nicknamed Devil's Footprints for his explosive ability to ignite his feet at will, becomes a member of the lively Special Fire Force Company 8. Upholding the brigade's duty to extinguish the blazing Infernals and lay their souls to rest, Shinra is determined to become a hero who will save the lives of those threatened by the flame terror.

However, this is not the hero's game Shinra imagined. The Fire Force is a fractured mess of feuding brigades, abnormal Infernal sightings are increasing all over Tokyo, and a shadowy group is claiming to have answers to the strange fire that caused the death of Shinra's family 12 years ago. Faced with many obstacles within and outside the Fire Force, Shinra fights to uncover the truth behind the burning mysteries that have kept him in the dark.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

This is such a good anime!!! Yup I started off right away with how great it is! To be honest I started this one with my son and we watch it as it comes out. So I really didn't have to think much when I saw the name on the list.

We both fell in love with the fire fighters in fire force company 8 and a few from other companies. They really remind me of Soul Eater and how they all work together in a very dysfunctional yet functional way. I have to hand it to the creators because that is a very hard balance to find!

So let's cut to the chase... Here's the rating...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

The art is amazing and the fights are so dramatic! The way the magic behind the fire moves everything is great... It's only really noticeable later....when shinra learns to..... oh wait... that's way past the 5th episode... Not telling!

But it's really cool!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a  day!!!
