Amaumi Haruhiko is a high school student who attends Shimano Academy in a town called Narasakicho. Narasakicho contains an unknown rainbow which constantly overlooks the town and is related to granting a magical wish called "Gift." Gift is a once-in-a-lifetime present between two people.

As a child, Haruhiko has been close with his childhood friend, Kirino, until he obtains a new non-blood sister by the name of Riko. Haruhiko develops a strong relationship with Riko until they sadly depart due to the fact Haruhiko's father could no longer support the two of them.

After some times passes by, Riko finally returns to the town of Narasakicho, and along with Kirino, starts to attend Shimano Academy with Haruhiko. The series revolves around the relationship among these main protagonists and slowly reveals the story behind both Gift and the rainbow.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched on KissAnime...

Sorry this one was put out so late everyone... I hope the review makes up for it!

I have to admit that when I started this one I was really put off by the picture above... I felt like "oh great... Another harem." and was really not looking forward to it. I am not much in the mood for love anime at the moment. So first the picture put me off and then I read what it is about... And yeah... I still wasn't all that convinced that the anime wasn't all about a bunch of girls chasing after a clueless guy...

As it turns out this anime actually is pretty cool... They aren't blindly following him and there is also others that are having love issues... and somehow our clueless young man ends up solving the problems!

So now that you know who solves the problems up till episode 5 I think we should solve a problem of our own... What to rate it!!!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

Yup it got this high a score even though it is not exactly the style of anime I am interested in at the moment. So if anything that alone should tell you it is worth it! I like the art style too though I must admit there are times where I see facial expressions and thing what the heck did I just see.. But over all it is really good!

Anyhow... I think I'll end this here... Check it out to see what I'm talking about!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a confusingly fun and interesting day!

My review!!!

The manga this week can be found on MangaPark...

MangaPark: Suteneko no Ie Manga

So I have to admit this one was a bit of a struggle... Don't get me wrong though... It wasn't bad! The art was beautiful and the chapters weren't to long or to short. I just had trouble with it because of the story. Wait... That sounds wrong too... It wasn't that it was a bad story. There was good character development and backstory in there and the way each character thought about things and acted was great... I think it was just that it wasn't the way I saw a vampire acting in my head... It was too off the path from what I have come to know as normal vampire attitude and activities.

That being said, I think it was brilliant! How often can you find a new way to showcase a very old monster type?

Taking all the things I've said so far into place I'm going to rate it... Then we can talk more on my opinion after that!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

I bet you're wondering why this one only got a 7 if I had such high praise for it right? Over all it was a great manga but for me the biggest draw was having something I can relate to somehow that is big enough to make me want to read more and scour the internet for the next chapter (or buy it)....

In this one I could relate to how the characters must have been feeling and I could understand how come they did things they did the way they did... But.... At this point in my life the story wasn't relate-able to me on a deep enough level that I felt drawn to read more. When I reached the 5th chapter I needed to read I was able to simply stop reading... And truth be told I've already started to forget things which meant looking it up again.

Now this doesn't mean that it isn't good.. It just wasn't what fits me at this time in my life... My taste changes as my life changes... Though there are some types of anime and manga that will always appeal to me!!!

That's all I think I am going to say today...

As always... Thanx for reading my reviews!
Hope you have an amazing and fun day!

Synopsis

Some people suddenly find religion, but for 16-year-old Kusanagi Godou, it's that REALLY old time religion that's found him! As the result of defeating the God of War in mortal combat, Godou's stuck with the unwanted position of Campione!, or God Slayer, whose duty is to fight Heretical Gods whenever they try to muscle in on the local turf. Not only is this likely to make Godou roadkill on the Highway to Heaven, it's also a job that comes with a lot of other problems. Like how to deal with the fact that his "enhanced status" is attracting a bevy of overly-worshippy female followers. After all, they're just there to aid him in his demi-godly duties, right? So why is it that their leader, the demonically manipulative sword-mistress Erica Blandelli, seems to have such a devilish interest in encouraging some VERY unorthodox activities? Get ready for immortal affairs, heavenly harems and lots of dueling deities taking pious in the face as the ultimate smash, bash and thrash of the Titans rocks both Heaven and Earth.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched on Crunchyroll...

I have to admit I had a hunch this one was a harem when I saw the opening.... And I was right... When I started writing this review I decided to read the summaries... It was then that I realized if I had looked at them before actually starting to watch the anime I would have known that it was a harem.

Now I actually like harem and reverse harem anime or manga so I knew I was going to like it right away... The question then became how much would I like it.

To answer the question.... I really like it! I can't wait to find out what happens but I think the season is over... I don't know if there is going to be another season or not... But I really hope there will be. I know I am supposed to only watch till episode 5 but I got so caught up in this one that I had finished it before I even realized it... Yes it is that good!

So now to rate this little gem...
On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

Yeah I know... I have been giving out a lot of high marks lately... Maybe I should challenge you all and ask for you to try finding manga or anime I won't like... Not gonna lie.... That is going to be one hard task for you all!

But really... The art is amazing on this one and the adult hints are so funny... At  one point I actually said out loud "what did I just watch?" and totally meant it! You should check it out for no other reason than that!

Anyhow... I think I'll end this here... Check it out to see what I'm talking about!

Synopsis

Ishikawa Ginji is a young man who happens to hate any kind of business related to 'the other side,' such as ghosts, superstitions or the occult. His despise for the matter is such, that he can quickly break up any girl if they show any interest in matters such as lucky charms or any kind of future reading.

One day, while he was self pondering about his life while ruining a date on a whim, he is suddenly kissed by an elementary school girl go goes by the name "Ageha," stating that she will use him to "wipe out every ghost in the world." While the sex appeal of an elementary school kid kiss was not enough to turn Ginji to her side, the fact that she "bought him" by paying a huge debt that he had acquired seems to work quite efficiently

My review!!!

The manga this week can be found on MangaPark...

MangaPark: Butterfly

I really didn't know what to expect with this one to be completely honest... The name gives nothing away and the description really doesn't tell you too much either... To be honest... After I read the description I really thought this one was going to be a bit ecchi... However it really isn't! There are a lot of things in this manga that could make you think it was going in an ecchi direction but it never seems to go there... I really liked that about this one.

There were 4 versions on the MangaPark site but I recommend the first one... I know one of them lists more chapters but I think that any chapters past chapter 38 is from a different manga all together... That is unless it later gets reviled that they are a history or something... I don't think so though.

Speaking of how I feel... Here is the rating I feel it deserves...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

I ended up reading all the chapters I could find. I really want to see if I can find the manga and buy all the books so I could support the author! The art is great too.. I feel like I could look at the art all the time and read the manga more than once. I really feel that when you like a manga you should buy it even if you could read it free online... How else are they supposed to support themselves!

That's all I think I am going to say today...

As always... Thanx for reading my reviews!

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched on Crunchyroll...

I have to start with saying... Well played! I love the play on spelling with the title... Mirror image things have always been my favorite but especially with words. I think the only thing that would have made it better is if the letters were backwards like they would be if you held it up to a mirror!

Now onto the actual show... I was so confused at first because it was a place where kids were getting the crap kicked out of them by grown men... And even though I was so confused the story caught and held my attention to the point that I am on the 8th episode before even writing this. I still get confused sometimes but I have a basic idea of what it is that is going on... The "students" are as bad as the "teachers" when it comes to tests of loyalty and physical attacks on one another... This "school" is more like a "prison" than anything else! And the head instructor has a story all his own on how he got there!!!

But lets talk about why and how we got here... And we will start with a rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

Yup that's right... It got a 9. I have never been so happy to be so confused in my life... I think I would even be happy if there was no clarity at the end of the season.... And it would be one of those ones I put in a must watch for next season category... I really do enjoy this chaos because of how it's presented.

Anyhow... I think I'll end this here... Check it out to see what I'm talking about!
