Saeki Kazuko is an ordinary otaku who has a thing for "two-dimensional shota" but somehow, she is being bothered a lot by a neighbor's child, Aikawa Ryuou, an elementary school boy who looks like a yankee but is pure by heart. Even though he earnestly approaches Kazuko, he shows it with honest feelings and partly some violence.

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

So the title is pretty self explanatory... Well sort of. You see what it doesn't say is how this seems like a love story for our little delinquent. He fell for the otaku a long time ago but she is so clueless he doesn't even know! Yes you learn that all by the end of the 5th chapter so I don't mind spilling that spoiler. But what you don't know, because I'm not telling, is why she doesn't know he likes her.

Yes that also gets answered in the first 5 chapters. This little boy has no clue about life or anything that an otaku would go through on a regular basis and ends up making some pretty funny assumptions. He is way too assertive for a shy otaku but doesn't seem to notice that either. Meanwhile our dear shy otaku is so confused on why she is being targeted.

I wonder what will become of their love since neither of them knows how the other feels... Speaking of feelings... I felt this one deserved this rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

But really... It was a great read! The story keeps you smiling and guessing what will come next. You constantly wonder what is going on in both the main characters minds so you want to keep reading. The art is bad either... I have seen better in my years of reviewing but if I have to be honest I have seen so much worse. It was mostly easy to follow the flow of the story because the images made sense.. Nothing was wasted. The reason I gave it only a 7 was because the story has points where it was a bit hard to follow and where the images made things a little confusing. People were introduced at random and disappeared just as fast. For me that wasn't a good thing.

So I guess I'll leave you with those thoughts...

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have an interesting and fun day!!!

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

This one was a really good watch. I'm a little bit biased though since I love yokai anime or manga... And this one is full of them! If anything I love the story the most. It is really cool how she goes from feeling like a captive to feeling like she belongs, has a purpose for being there and wants to fulfill that purpose no matter what! I love her determination!!!

If you haven't guessed it by now I will just tell you... I have watched way more than the first 5 episodes on this one before I wrote this.. In fact I have watched the whole season a few times before writing anything on here because I just loved it that much... But I feel like there needs to be a second season because there is really no end at the end of the first season.

There are a lot of questions and the biggest one is does she end up married or not... But there is no answer to that at the end of season 1. I think there might be a second season at some point but I have been to lazy to check it out yet. However you can bet money and win if you bet that I'll watch that one just as many times as I have watched this one!!! I LOVE this anime!

Now that we know I love it, let's look at the rating it got!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

Yup it missed out on the elusive 10! Don't get me wrong... It really deserves the 10 but I can't give it when I have so many questions... So here is why it got the 9. The art is amazing! I sometimes got so caught up in watching it that I forgot the world around me... It was just that pretty to watch! The story has substance and it's fun to watch it unravel to reveal where it is going. There is love and mystery and fighting and fun... What more could you ask for in a story! Oh and it makes sense how it is revealed! So art, story, and depth... It is just great!

And now that I've praised the crap out of this one you should go check it out! Time for me to go!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a magical day!!!

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

This one was interesting to read... I actually ended up reading more than 5 chapters before writing this review. I thought it was going to be a set of stories but it isn't... There is a main story and then there are side stories too. It was like they were filler stories for while the main one was being approved.

That may not be the real reason but it's what I am going to go with. For all I know it could have been planned that way to make you keep buying the issues or volumes as they came out. If you wanted to know what was next you had to keep buying them because you never know when it would turn up with another chapter to the main story. Quite smart if that's what they were doing.

Again I have no proof of what method or reason the story was written like this but I have opinions. Now you know what those are. Since we got that all out of the way I should probably start reviewing the manga!

I found the story line to be interesting. I don't usually read ones like this but it wasn't a bad read. Also the art was in a different style than I'm used to! I really liked that change though. It was quite beautiful and each frame flowed into the next very nicely. The story isn't lacking either so it was a good fit.

With that in mind I will now let you know what I rated it...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

I know... You want to know why it only got an 8 when I said all those wonderful things about it right? It wasn't because it was bad. It lost one point for the random stories that had nothing to do with anything in the main story. For me I like my manga to stay on track because I have a hard time following the story if there are other things that aren't part of the story also being introduced. I get stuck on trying to figure out how it all fits together and it takes me soooo much longer. It lost the other point because there were a few points in the story where it felt like there was stuff missing from the story. I can't tell if it felt that way because of the extra stories and my mind already being confused or if it really felt that way because of how it was written. Either way it was a good story over all. It never took me long to put pieces together when it was during the main story so I can't complain tooo much.

And I think that is enough information for you to take in... You should really check the manga out for yourself... If you choose to, then please let me know what you think of it! I'd love to hear from you!!!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a wonderful day!!!

Synopsis
.
.
Eighteen-year-old Tsukasa Mizugaki has failed his college entrance exams, but after pulling some strings, he manages to land a job at the Sion Artificial Intelligence Corporation. SAI Corp is responsible for the creation of "Giftias"—highly advanced androids which are almost indiscernible from normal humans. However, unlike humans, Giftias have a maximum lifespan of 81,920 hours, or around nine years and four months. Terminal Service One, the station Tsukasa was assigned to, is responsible for collecting Giftias that have met their expiration date, before they lose their memories and become hostile.

Promptly after joining Terminal Service One, Tsukasa is partnered with a beautiful Giftia named Isla. She is a Terminal Service veteran and considered the best in Giftia retrievals, contrary to her petite figure and placid nature. Time is fleeting though, and Tsukasa must come to terms with his feelings for Isla before her time is up. No matter how much someone desires it, nothing lasts forever.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

This is a heart strings anime for sure! I was sooooo caught up in how the characters felt that I couldn't write about it at first. I'm a firm believer that if something can think or talk it is supposed to be given rights. This show goes through what it would be like with a sort or AI and the way they fit in with people around them. It also has a unique twist to AI... A time limit that is very short. Most things I have seen have it so that an AI could potentially live for eternity and replace us. But this one has them only living for a short time. Their time is actually shorter than some dogs and most cats.

It's hard to imagine it... Someone is a major part of your life and then you get that dreaded knock on the door that means it's time to say your good-byes. To know that it's coming and have no power to stop it... Or worse... Try to stop it and only make everything worse. There is a reason they get retrieved after all... And it's one that really makes sense but is shocking all at the same time.... But... I'm not saying what it is! Check out the anime to find out! I will tell you the rating I decided to give it though...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

The art and what I have seen so far of the story-line are amazing and fun to watch. Because of this I gave it a 9. I couldn't give it that extra point to make it a 10 because I can see sooooo many ways this could go horribly wrong. I'm sure the art will stay beautiful but the story is far from over and one wrong step will spell disaster. There are some that you can just tell will be okay even if they make a mistake in the direction the story should go in the views eyes. I don't feel this is one of those. If it goes bad... It is going to be really bad. For those reasons I could only give this amazing anime a 9.

Well I think I'll leave it here and let you decide what you think by watching it.

As always... Thanx for reading my review!

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

But I strongly suggest that you buy it and support the mangaka. Here are a few places you can purchase it easily...

Amazon: Ten Count
Barnes and Noble: Ten Count

This manga is written around an idea I never even thought of! The idea is writing down 10 things that you have rated from hardest to do as number 10 and easiest as number 1 and then trying to do all of them easily one at a time. The idea is that once you manage to do it easily it will make your life easier. This is a great mental illness story and romance story all mashed into one!!!

Both characters have complicated backgrounds and reasons for their behavior just as people in life would. The Mangaka does amazing in bringing their fears and hopes to life! It also brings light to a specific mental illness in a positive way since the main goal is to have the main characters get better.

I love seeing how they progress... So here's how I rated it...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

That's right... a perfect score!!!

I know I have given out a few of these by this point but it's not easy to get... First off the story needs to be one that will catch and hold you in a way that leaves you wanting to know more. These characters go through so much in just six volumes and by the end of each one you want to know what happens next. You want to know if they find what they seem to be looking for, or if they finally manage to get past their fears and be happy. The story carries you into their world and let's you see into their lives.

All of that is great but if the art stinks it ruins it! Which means, the art has to be just as good as the story. Neither can outshine the other or it creates an imbalance and you can't fully immerse yourself in the world created by the mangaka. Because of that it can be hard to find 10 that is truly a 10. Most have one or the other aspect slightly lower. This one however doesn't seem to be like that in my opinion. Please check for yourself and tell me your thoughts!

Until then... I'll be waiting...

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a progressive day!!!
