Synopsis
.
.
That jumbled piece of architecture, that cacophony of hissing steam and creaking joints, with smoke billowing from it as it moves on its own... That castle is home to the magnificent wizard Howl, infamous for both his magical prowess and for being a womanizer—or so the rumor goes in Sophie Hatter's small town. Sophie, as the plain daughter of a hatmaker, does not expect much from her future and is content with working hard in the shop.

However, Sophie's simple life takes a turn for the exciting when she is ensnared in a disturbing situation, and the mysterious wizard appears to rescue her. Unfortunately, this encounter, brief as it may be, spurs the vain and vengeful Witch of the Waste—in a fit of jealousy caused by a past discord with Howl—to put a curse on the maiden, turning her into an old woman.

In an endeavor to return to normal, Sophie must accompany Howl and a myriad of eccentric companions—ranging from a powerful fire demon to a hopping scarecrow—in his living castle, on a dangerous adventure as a raging war tears their kingdom apart.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

OK... Let's be honest here... This isone you might find on YouTube or one of the free sites but to be able to find it there for long is unlikely. So because of this I couldn't find it by the time it came to do this review... I went out and bought it though because it is a Ghibli and I love all of their movies.

So here are some places you can buy the movie!

So now that we got that out of the way and you know how to get your hands on this one I hope you will check it out and that you like it as much as me and my girls do! It has quickly become one of the family favorites!

So with that in mind let's look at the family rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...
.
.
.
10
.
.
.
Oh come on.... You really didn't see that 10 coming??? Really???? Yeah it is just that good... The story is complete and the art is absolutely amazing! If there was anything I could complain about it would have to be that it's a movie and not a series type anime. I want more! How cool would it be to see your favorite Ghibli movies as Anime with 12-26 episodes and more than one season????

Just a thought! And now... I'll leave you with that thought!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have an animated, fun filled, and exciting day!!!

Synopsis

.
Yuuka Shinchiro is a Second Year High School student whose parents passed away several years ago in an accident.

When he's walking through a park at night, a child's head jumps into his hands and he's bitten by an alien. Soon after, he wakes up and dismisses what happened as just part of his dream, until he notices the bite mark that appeared just where it was in his "dream"!

The next morning, the news reports that a child's head was found in a park along with lots of blood. As he goes to check out the scene, he finds a violent man asking him about the "abyss". The violent man later visits his house and calls him the Grim Reaper.

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

I have to admit I had a hard time finding this one... Or better yet... Finding one with the exact name I had. There are soooo many grim reaper manga out there that I literally was not sure what one I needed. After all... When I pick my list it is just names with no pictures or descriptions! After what seemed like hours of searching I found this one that was an exact match and went with it.

I really didn't know what to expect when I started it either. There are only 5 chapters written so I didn't have hopes for a good ending. Don't get me wrong... There was always the chance it would be amazing... And in truth it wasn't bad. The problem with it was one that could have been avoided and was probably avoided... I wouldn't know though since I'm using free reading sites to read it.

On both of the sites I use it only got to chapter 5 but the end of that chapter clearly shows there is more to the story. I have to say that I have never had a story just drop like this which means it probably has a second volume somewhere but it hasn't been translated or put on free sites.

So let's evaluate what I could read...

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

This is actually pretty high considering there is no way for me to tell if I'll ever get to read the rest. Let me tell you that really sucks too. I did really like it. The art was cute and well drawn but sometimes the story got confusing to follow. This could be caused during translation or it could be how it really is written so I don't hold that against it too much. The story just drops off and I haven't gone searching to see if I can find it anywhere else because it took me so long to just find the manga that fit the tittle.

I do hope someday they make or translate more of this one because I would definitely read it. Is it enough for me to search for it... Probably not since I still read so many ongoing ones I've reviewed or found for fun over the years.

With that in mind, let me end the review here. I have to start trying to find where I can watch the next tittle and be sure I'm ready for the next review!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have an amazing and magical day!!!

Seigi, a martial arts trained middle schooler, often feels driven to protect the weaker people around him. One day, he defends a homeless man against some punks, and the man gives him a strange tattoo on his palm in return. The tattoo is a secret weapon produced in the arms race between America and the Serinistan Kingdom.

Seigi finds himself in over his head when a powerful girl, using the same secret weapon, violently pursues him in order to retrieve it. His skill at martial arts may not be enough to keep him alive, but will he be able to learn how to trigger the power of his tattoo in time?

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

Okay.. Okay... Okay... I know the name is a bit off putting... But really it is a good one. I didn't know what to think because the name doesn't give anything away. The reason the tattoo's are taboo... we don't find out much about that at first... I'm up to episode 5 and I haven't figured out if I'm right or not but it might be the powers they have or it might be something that just gets hinted at... Yeah I'm not going to tell you more than that when it comes to hints!

I'm not that nice I guess. But really... You should check it out if you want to see what I'm talking about. I was watching it with a headset so my son couldn't even hear it and he sat through two of the episodes and was enjoying it!

For that alone It got a high rating.... No sound needed to enjoy! Now lets look at the rating this little marvel got!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...
.
.
.
10
.
.
.
This one has it all... suspense, action, romance, comedy, and well... It's even got a bit of a sexual factor. Add to that the fact that you don't even need sound to enjoy watching it and you can pretty much guess why it got such an elusive mark. But it goes deeper than that... The art is amazing... There are parts that even look 3D so it's actually deserves to get a much higher mark.

But 10 is as high as we go so it had to settle for less!

Even though it had to settle for less, you don't have to! This is one I have a good feeling about... The story is amazing too... Just an FYI for ya! I got sucked in before I knew it and I really had to pull myself away to come and write this review! I wanted to binge it because it was so good!

But enough of my raving... Go check it out for yourselves! See ya next time!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have an exciting day!!!

MangaRock says... Sakura and Amane are two classmates that start developing romantic feelings for one another. In school, the two hardly acknowledge each other and avoid contact unless absolutely necessary. Their relationship is shocking as no one knows that Sakura and Amane are secretly crossdressers.

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

Okay... So I really wasn't sure what to expect as far as how I would feel about this one. It doesn't say much in the descriptions so all I knew was that they crossdressed and when I opened it I saw a picture of a boy and a girl... But were they in their normal clothing or were they dressed as the opposite sex?

I like this one because of that little bit of mystery but it felt like it repeated the same facts a lot. I think they just wanted to give you the point of view from each person and I like that they did... Even though there were some facts that were repeated, there where a lot of new facts added in. In total I really did like the story. It was a good blend of growing up thinking you are different and finding out who you really are. I think they were lucky to find each other!

Speaking of finding... Let's find out what rating this gem got, shall we?

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this....

Yup it got an 8... It was a great story even though it was repetitive. The art was amazing and I was able to read all the chapters available before I even realized it. That tells me it's captivating. I wish there was more chapters though. I don't know if there are chapters somewhere else but I found two sites I trust with the ones I read. I'll be keeping my eye out to see if more come out!

As for what I did read I really wish the chapters were longer... Like I said it was really a good read. If you read it you should let me know what you thought. Also if there are any other manga you think I'd like that are like this drop the name in the comments for me... I'd love to read them!

Thank you so much in advance to anyone who gives me a recommendation. I really do love when that happens because I get to see what you all like! So let's end this review here and I'll see you all on the next one!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have an enjoyable day!!!

This act of kindness will change their lives, as they soon find themselves dragged into the shadowy world of government secrecy and conspiracy

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

As you can see this one is playing in a lot of places... I'm very sure there are more that I just don't know about too! It's a psychological thriller that is going to captivate you as much as it horrifies you. This is actually one my son showed me years ago and we watched it together. I had no issues with watching it again for the reviews though... I love the whole concept. When I watched it for the first time I remember thinking that this was a unique take on telekinetic powers.

Since then I've seen similar thoughts on how to show such a power but this is the only anime I've ever seen use actual invisible hands. I was really happy when she escaped and caused so much chaos! In the beginning (Before the half way point) you get to see some of the shit (please excuse the swears) she goes through before getting away... I don't care if the person is the result of an experiment or not... If they look mostly human, breathe, have a heartbeat, speak, learn, and do anything else we would normally call human... You do not... Absolutely do not... Hurt them like these poor children get hurt!

Sorry it's a sore subject for me... So be warned... You may find this to be a trigger to issues you had if you were ever abused in any way.

Yes that needed a bold and red font.... But now let's look at the rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

It was anything but an easy watch for me considering I have a complicated past. But if I look at it from an outside opinion of someone who didn't have abuse in their history I find it interesting. If I look at it like someone who has been abused (Which I have) but keep it outside of myself it makes me feel less alone. I know it's a drawn character but someone had to have gone through some crazy stuff to be able to come up with shows, anime, manga, or movies that contain this kind of stuff... and when I think of that I feel like I'm not alone. If they can make something amazing out of themselves, so can I.

I do know that just because someone comes up with this stuff it doesn't mean they went through it at all... I get that... But I still feel less alone thinking this way. That's part of why I started writing these posts... To feel less alone or make others feel less alone. My reviews came later but I love doing them. Through my writing I can hopefully make a difference in someones life or just bring you cool info you didn't know. If you want to chat you can reach me by my E-mail or in the comments section. Remember... You are never alone!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a comforting, pleasant, fun, happy, sassy, and amazing day!!!
