Synopsis

Hana is cursed into a dog from her first kiss, and the only way for her to break from the curse is to get the second kiss from her first kiss.

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

This little number I found one day quite unexpectedly! I often read webtoons just for the fun of it and by this time of year I no longer remember what I have on the list or not. I read this one not knowing I had to do a review on it at all! Because of this I am somewhere in the vicinity of chapter 50.

With that being taken into account, it's safe to say I passed the 5 chapter mark a long time ago! I have a hard time remembering what happened in the first 5 chapters though... I can tell you it was enough to keep me reading though.

I do remember thinking Mrs. Han was very unlucky. It seems that her first ever kiss ends up being a major pain in the tail! Get it... Cause she becomes a dog? But really.... The number of problems this girl find after that fateful accidental kiss is completely crazy... Each situation ends well so far from what I'm seeing but she still has to find a way to break the curse.

The biggest problem in breaking it seems to lie in the heart of the person she kissed though.... So now she has to figure out not just her curse but also his heart and fears! Oh boy the trouble it can cause!!!

So, while she figures that out I think we should look at the rating I figured out!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

And now on to the why's of the rating... Here we go! The art style is nice... it's not too cartoonish and it's very colorful... Yes this is a full color webtoon! I absolutely love the story and all the crazy twists it has in it. I have noticed I watch for the next release on webtoons even though I'm sure I could find it somewhere else faster. Webtoons is at chapter 54 but I have found references saying it is published all the way up to chapter 88. If you find them somewhere other than the site I gave can you leave a link in the comments please?

I really want to know what happens to our Mrs. Han and if she ends up breaking the curse for good... And why is the other teacher a tiger? Check it out if I peeked your curiosity too... Hope I did!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a curious day!!!

Synopsis
.
.
Equally charming and stern, Heine Wittgenstein is a brilliant man who commands respect, despite his short, childlike stature. Thus, the king of Grannzreich has called upon Heine to undertake a daunting task that has driven away many before him—become the new royal tutor to four princes who are in line for the throne.

The four heirs each have very distinct and troublesome personalities: Licht, the flirtatious youngest prince; his immature older brother Leonhard; Bruno the studious third prince; and Kai, the oldest of the four and the most reserved. Hilarity ensues as Heine attempts to connect with each of the princes in order to groom them for the throne. However, Heine's mysterious past and dark undercurrents in the present may threaten the harmony within the kingdom.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

This one looked fun at once when I saw the opening screen. I thought it would be Light-hearted and simple which was exactly what kind of anime I thought I was in the mood for. I'll admit I wasn't wrong... But I wasn't right either!

This anime's storyline had me shouting out questions at the end of every episode... Not in a bad way mind you but gosh did I really want to hurry past the credits and start the next one to find out if my question was answered!

Speaking of answers... Lets get one out on the table for you right away!
Of course I'm talking about the rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

Now that we have that out of the way I'll get to the normal points. The art was so beautiful. the characters were drawn with care. You can tell because of how easily you can understand that there was a thought change by their face change. Each expression is telling of something going on in their heads.I personally think that kind of drawing is a lot harder so I have no issues with the art style or art work. It's beautiful!

Now the story line gets me extra excited!!! It's not very often that you can find a story that can look so simple at first glance but actually be extremely complex! Not only that but for it to make it be soooo seamless and natural that you forget it's even happening and get caught up in the fun is something I very rarely see. It's a true gem of an anime!

I do hope I've made you a bit curious about this one... You really should check it out when you get a chance!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a blessed day!!!

MyAnimeList says...

In the year 1977 in Yonaki Village, Kazunari Honda and Natsuko Honda—his cousin and girlfriend—live a peaceful life despite most of the other villagers not approving of their relationship. But soon, they will have more to worry about than the opinions of the townsfolk, as a mysterious black envelope appears and informs the villagers that they will be participating in the "King's Game." The rules state that the commands must be followed by the end of the day, and that no one is allowed to quit. With most viewing the appearance of the envelope as a joke, they soon realize that those who don't obey the orders will die.

As more villagers meet their demise, Kazunari and his friends realize they must play the terrible King's Game, all the while suspecting that someone in the village may be the King.

Crunchyroll Says...

"The King's orders are absolute. Fail to obey, and you will be punished." 30 years ago in the remote Yonaki Village, a black envelope is delivered to a single villager. The command inside threatens to draw the entire population into a terrible tragedy! Take a deep breath, steady your heart, and prepare for a shocking, terrifying survival horror adventure! The latest chapter in the wildly popular "King's Game: Origin" saga has begun. It all starts here!

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

If you want to support the mangaka you can purchase the manga here...

Amazon: Kings Game: Origin

Now that all of that is out of the way I'll begin the review!

When I saw the image on this one I was very much so dreading reading it... I'm not going to lie... I do terrible when I read or watch something scary! The image made me think "blood bath" and It took me a while to work up the courage to read it. I know the Japanese have an amazing way of making things that shouldn't be scary feel very scary!!!

So after a lot of pep talking I started reading.

It wasn't as bad as I feared though so that was good. It was more like a suspense than a horror in my opinion. There was lots of blood shed but they had no idea why it was happening at first. By the end people were so crazy they would do anything to be among those that survived! But not all of them felt that way... Some of them gave up right at the end... It was sad... and the cliffhanger that leads you to search out the sequel is an amazing twist!

But before I say anything else I should give you the rating!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

That's right.... The elusive 10! To be honest I was pleasantly surprised at how this one rounded up all the loose ends and tied them off but still managed a cliffhanger into the next installment in the series... Genius!

The art was great... it was easy to follow and the expressions on faces gave you a sense of just how that character was feeling at that time in the manga! Add in the extremely well thought out story-line and I couldn't ask for a better manga to read! It was suspenseful and sad while having light and sweet moments.. Some of those moments became soured and some twisted.

Totally worth buying in my opinion!!! That's all I have to say about that now..

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a Healthy and Happy day!!!

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

Well... This one was a surprise... I found myself really getting into it even though the episodes are ridiculously short compared to most really good anime. But somehow it was really good! I don't usually get into any fighting based anything unless there is an aspect of it that catches my eye. This one had a whole gender-bender thing going for it but when I saw that the episodes were listed as being only 7 minutes long I lost hope.

I really thought it was going to be another lets chat like the  roommates anime I reviewed a while back. Boy was I in for a shock! It wasn't talking at the screen or corny phrases. I wasn't in first person and there actually was a story line!

Now that I've told you what it isn't I should tell you what it is... Let's start with what it's rated as... Because let's face it... That's what you really wanna know!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...
.

.

.
.
.
Now for the reasons... The art was great.... There was a lot that went on in a short amount of time so the art had to great to be able to keep up with the story. Speaking of story... I have never seen an anime that could make a story that actually had a complete timeline and outcome with only 12 episodes that were each only 7 minutes long! I mean... I watched the whole series in less than two hours! So if you want a complete anime with a good story line that is actually short enough to fit in a busy schedule then you need this in your life!

And I do need it... This will be one I watch over and over again! The only reason I couldn't give it a 10 was because there was a HUGE unanswered question... Actually there were a few huge ones. The biggest three for me where...

1) What happens to our young lady?

I mean is she just going to stay pretending to be a guy or does she switch back at some point... and if she does switch back, when?

2) Do the main guys and her "brother" ever figure out she really is a girl?

I mean.... Let's face it... One of them knew at one point but by the end it seems like he doesn't anymore. So do they ever figure out the lie?

3) Are her and the real Hikaru actually family?

They look like they are twins so are they???? And if so then why was she in an orphanage... Does the older brother know??? Surely he knows she isn't acting right. There is no way you could fool family like that! Not unless you are also family that is. So if she is family... Why did they give her up?????

And now you see what I meant by so many unanswered questions!!! But since I don't have the answers I am going to leave this review here... If you know any of the answers please tell me cause I'm dying to know!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a surprisingly happy and fun day!!!
