Wow... It's been a while!!!

I was looking back at all the blogs I've written in the past.... Well not alllllll of them.... Just the "Spotlight Review" ones.... And I realized I started writing them in October!!!

Time sure does fly!!!

So I thought that I should Make a list of all the Manga and Anime Reviews I've written From then till the end of the year.... However... I then realized this day might fall on the same day as the review or the review announcement is scheduled to go out!

So..... Because it would be bad if this new post fell on a Wednesday or Friday I decided I  have to post it on Thursday... This means every year on the last Thursday of the year I'll post the "Complete Spotlight Review List" for that year.

Because I hadn't thought of this before hand I didn't have one for 2015's review posts... Sooooo... I'm going to post the ones from then in a post sometime next month.

Then I thought it would be good to have the announcement post have a link to the Spotlight Reviews done that month just in case you missed any. This will start in the announcement post at the end of June since this months went out on the 27th.

Oh and about the complete list at the end of each year... Should I list all the reviews each time or should I put a link to the previous lists on the end of the current year's review list post? What would make viewing easier for you? Sooooo.... What do you think???

That's all for today!

Please look forward to the "2015 Complete Spotlight Review List" post coming soon!

As always... Thanx for reading my post!!!
Have an amazing day!!!

June's "Spotlight Review Wednesday" Listings!

I'm seeing time in a whole new way!!!

It's kind of crazy to know exactly what I will be doing for reviews every week... I used to have a few days to watch/read and write the review on whatever Manga or Anime I was doing that week.... Now I am finding that I finish them all early and can just enjoy the Manga or Anime I am working on for myself. This alone makes planning them out so worth it!

On that note... Here are the ones for this coming month!

June's Spotlight Review List!

.

Manga

6-1-2016..........Tsubaki Chou Lonely Planet
6-15-2016........................................Fuuka
6-29-2016........................Kiss him, Not me

Anime

6-8-2016..............Yokuwakaru Gendaimahou
6-22-2016...............................Zombie Loan

As you can see this month there are more manga than anime... It is so cool to see this ahead of time... And having a list of them in one post will make it so much easier when planning future ones cause I won't have to go searching like crazy to figure out what I already reviewed!

It's like I'm creating time that wasn't there before! I guess it's true that time well managed is time saved in the long run! I wish I had realized this a long time ago!

Well that's all for this post! Hope you are looking forward to these reviews as much as I'm looking forward to reviewing them!

As always... Thanx for reading my post!
Have an amazing day!

Synopsis
.

Some academic geniuses suffer from burnout. Others simply lose all interest in their studies and want to focus on other things. Junichirou Kagami falls into the latter category. He was once a teenage physics genius whose papers were published in Nature, Science, and other prestigious research journals. Unfortunately, upon graduating from college, he left the science field and became a shut-in whose life motto is "I can only do things I want to do."

These days, Kagami spends all of his time watching anime, reading manga, collecting figures, and updating his blog. He seems satisfied with not having a job, but his younger sister, Suzune, cannot stand the thought of her brother being an unemployed loser for the rest of his life. She goes behind his back and gets him a job as a substitute teacher at his old high school. What lucky timing that the regular physics teacher had to go on maternity leave! And good thing his alma mater remembers him as that teenage genius! But can a hardcore otaku actually teach a bunch of high school students anything important and useful?

My review!!!

The Anime this week I watched on FUNimation...

FUNimation: Ultimate Otaku Teacher

The following is what they have to say about it...

Story

Junichiro Kagami: scientific prodigy, groundbreaking physicist, published author…hopeless otaku. Once a promising young scientist, he’s since been rejected from the scientific community for his controversial research on anime-based teleportation. It’s like they always say: people fear the things they don’t understand. Now, a 24-year-old NEET with his science career behind him, Kagami finally has time to devote to the things that REALLY matter: updating his anime blog. But not everyone understands the dire importance of fandom. Even Kagami’s sister (his own blood and flesh!!) eventually gets fed up with his antics and forces him to take a job as a high school physics teacher. Dealing with “real-lifers” is a real drag, but soon Kagami finds himself strangely drawn to the conflicts of his pupils – and they to his…unorthodox teaching methods. In the world of high school drama, Kagami is armed with a potent knowledge of useless anime trivia, and an understanding of human problems derived from his on-screen friends. This otaku might just make the ultimate teacher!

So why isn't there a teacher like this here in the real world?!?!?! If there is I have never met them!
I would have loved to have this teacher... He is zany but OMG the life knowledge he instills in his students without them knowing it!

Each student poses a different challenge and a great lesson for the viewers!
The two summaries I put up tell most of the story... and unfortunately saying any more would result in ruining the show for you!

Now it's time to rate it

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "perfect-must-Watch" rating I give this...

Though it is an amazing Anime I have to say I was a bit disappointed because we don't kind of get left hanging on a few things. For one... Does our dear Kagami go back to being a NEET after his teaching job seems to end... Or is he still teaching??? What about his teleportation device they are trying to make... Do they make it and is he involved???

See what I mean?

To understand more about this amazing anime you really should check it out!

That's all for now... Hope you enjoyed my attempts at making this entertaining!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!!!

Food for thought to go with that wonder-filled new tea? (Combo Post)

Food for thought to go with that wonder-filled new tea?
5~19~2016

You know the saying "Dance like no one is watching" that people are always saying... I think I live my life something like that... I do what I want most of the time... I don't think about how my choices affect others most of the time... I pretty much only do what will be best for me...

And one thing that is always best for me is if the people I care about the most are happy and safe!

I wouldn't change a thing.... But at the same time I'm jealous of those who get to live their dreams! I never really got the change to even form my dream when I was younger... Life took me by surprise... And because of that I had some adventures I never would have had!

My life may not be what I thought it would be when I was younger... But man oh man has it been a good one! Now that I'm older I have the opportunity to try again... Yup... If you really try then there is a second chance at your dream that waits for you just around the bend!

Maybe for you it is starting up a business... Or selling an amazing piece of art! Or traveling the world might be your cup of tea... Make your dreams come true when you get the chance... Because it's rare that something gives you a second change... And it's almost impossible to get a third one!

That's it for my rant... I'll leave you with this last thought...

Life is full of chances... Don't ever turn down one you want because a life without regrets is the ultimate goal and the biggest reward living has to offer you!

As always... Thanx for reading!
Smile and have a wonder-filled day!

Synopsis
.
.
Hotaru managed to get in the high school where Haruna sensei teaches to see him again! However, on her first day there, she meets a very unpleasant guy who looks just like her beloved sensei...?

My review!!!

The Manga this week was listed on here...

MangaPark: Boku Kara Kimi ga Kienai

From the first 5 chapters I have read I can say this is a very cute story... Our young lady has worked very hard to see her crush... But something happens that kind of ruins that...

But first lets see some of the people we are talking about...

These are the three main people I am going to be paying attention to...
The middle is our star.. Hotaru-san!
The young man with the lighter hair is her precious Sensei and The darker haired boy is his little brother... He throws a curve-ball at her just by being himself and already in the first 5 chapters her love for her Sensei is being threatened! But wait... Her friend likes the young dark hared Haruna-san!

Enter Yukako Suzuki...

I would say she is more like the best friend you don't wanna upset than just a friend... What will happen to their friendship if Hotaru ends up liking her crush???

OK... Now time to rate it

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "perfect-must-read" rating I give this...

Ya... Ummm... Whats with the "Promising" right??? Well since I literally stopped reading after chapter 5 to write this and there was a HUGE cliffhanger there I can only say it is promising... I have a fealling it will be at least an 8... Possibly even a 9!!!
Either way I say it is worth the read!!!

I couldn't find it on Barnes & Noble but Amazon had it!!!

Amazon: Boku kara Kimi ga Kienai

It's in Japanese but I think  it is worth it... Especially if you want to use it to practice you reading skills! I know I want to get it!!! Well that's all for now! Back to the Manga I go!!!!!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!!!
Have a wonderful day!

Need opinions... You get to influence my life!!!

That's right!!! I need you to help me decide about something!!!

I'm debating on starting a YouTube channel...
I know... Crazy right! But hear me out... Here is what I was thinking....

There are a few things I could do on it... One is to document my journey from overweight to healthy while living with Fibromyalgia, Asthma, Mental health issues (Someday maybe I'll tell you what I have but to be honest we all have some kind of mental issue right!) and possibly having Ankylosing Spondylitis (More on that latter) but I don't know if that's something people would be interested in.

I don't fit any 'typical' body type... I'm not thin but I'm not fat either.

I know you're thinking that I want to say "I'm big boned" right? Well... You're wrong... I'm not that either... I have a big chest so a lot of my weight is there... I also never managed to get rid of they 'baby belly' I got as a result of having 3 wonderful babies! That combo of issues means I have to pay attention to inches on areas of my body instead of how much I weigh... And that would make it different from most of the transformation type videos I see out there.

I know I have a long way to go before I reach my goal but this might motivate me. I realized that when I do challenges and post stuff about them on here I tend to actually stick to it... But after the challenge is over or if I fail it at any point I noticed I just stop. If I have to post videos about what I did to get healthier each week I think it would make it impossible for me to quite part way through! And.... Ya know... I could be totally off by thinking this too!

Another idea of what I could put on there would be a part of this blog... Wait.. I know... Why put a written blog on YouTube right??? Well I wouldn't be writing it... I'd be speaking it.

I was trying to figure out how to add spoken blog posts on here and so far all I have come up with is that you can't just add voice or music to the blog with this host. It has to be a video. Then I thought about how much space that would take up and how after a while I would have to delete posts to make room for the new video files unless they are hosted somewhere else.

Bingo... YouTube!

I could set it up as a playlist and in the first video explain that this is part of an actual blog that can be found in a link I provide under each video then it isn't misleading. I'm unsure about this one though since I don't write long blog posts and I am camera shy...

Both ideas force me to face my camera fear... So that's good right!?!?

But now I'm rambling...

Anyway it's my idea and I would like to know what you think!
Please leave a comment about this post either here or on my Google+ page...

Synopsis
.
.
The Fourth Progenitor is a name that strikes fear in many people. A dangerous vampire thought to exist only in legend, the Fourth Progenitor commands so much power that its very existence is considered an act of war. But now people have discovered that not only is the Fourth Progenitor very real, he is also currently living in Itogami City, an island where humans and demons live together freely.

Until three months ago, Kojou Akatsuki was a normal, human high school student. After becoming the Fourth Progenitor, though, he finds himself with abilities far beyond those of regular vampires. One day, he meets Yukina Himeragi, an apprentice sword-shaman who is sent to observe him and kill him if he becomes too much of a threat. However, her presence raises many questions. If the Fourth Progenitor is so dangerous, why send only an apprentice to deal with him? And how did a human become the Fourth Progenitor in the first place?

My review!!!

The Anime this week can be watched on Crunchyroll....

And here is what they have to say about it...

The fourth Progenitor is the most powerful vampire once thought to exist only in the world of legends. Yet when it appears in Japan, the government for some reason chooses an apprentice "sword shaman", Yukina Himeragi, to observe and obliterate it. Bewildered by the disproportionate task and its specific details, Yukina arrives at the Demon District of Itogami-jima to watch Akatsuki Kojo, and a student at a private high school on Itogami-jima.

Now onto what I have to say!!!

This is the cast we follow around the most! I have actually watched the entire series that I could find. I am not sure if there is more than what I have seen but because I watched more than the first 5 episodes before writing this I know I will most likely end up giving spoilers...

Sorry in advance if you don't want spoilers!

These are the main two though... Well... Actually he is the main one and she kinda follows him around!!! He is Kojou Akatsuki... A powerful vampire who was once human... She is Yukina Himeragi... A sward shaman who was ordered to observe and possibly kill Kojou.

There is definitely a sense of growing to like him though... Yukina ends up helping him to keep control when she should be trying to kill him.... Essentially she is making him stronger...
But for some reason no one really gets upset... They watch him and think of him as a threat but they don't send extra people to kill him... Eventually it seems there are more people watching him but that is all they are doing. They don't even let him know he is being watched more!

Don't they think it would have been nice to let at least Yukina know?!?!?

If you want to know who those other people are and how they fit in then you should really check out the anime.... Poor Kojou is stuck in a Love triange from the start... Not everyone in the triangle knows their feelings... And as more people fall for him it gets more points and morphs into something quite interesting!

OK... Now time to rate it

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "perfect-must-Watch" rating I give this...

It would have gotten a 10 but they left some stuff unanswered in the end and I haven't found another season yet. If I do find a second season then this will shoot to the first ever 10 rating I've done!

LOVE THIS ONE!!!

That's all for now... Hope you enjoyed my attempts at making this entertaining!

Synopsis
.
.
Fifteen-year-old country girl Suzume Yosano has to move to Tokyo to live with her uncle due to her father's transfer. She bumps into a mysterious man who ends up taking her to her uncle's place after she gets lost. Turns out, Suzume will be seeing him a lot more often once she starts school because... he's her homeroom teacher?!

My review!!!

The Manga This week was on a few sites..

Batoto: Hirunaka no Ryuusei
(You need an account to  view the chapters on some of the manga on Batoto)

MangaPark: Hirunaka no Ryuusei

I'm sure they are also put up in on other sites but I use these two the most so they are the ones I am going to link for you.

I really liked this manga... It is a cute love story that has just the right hint of forbidden love and it also has a mostly happy ending. I'm not going to go into too much detail about it but I do say poor Suzume has it hard trying to figure out what love is! Good thing that she has people she can rely on for answers or help!

Yup that's her! She is kinda shy but at the same time can be outgoing... quite the cute character right!

OK... Now time to rate it

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "perfect-must-read" rating I give this...

It kind of feels like the ending was rushed a bit... I think she still had some unfinished business with the teacher she had fallen for... Yes you can realize that you no longer love someone but it feels almost like the moment he started to tell the truth about how he felt she was over him.

I don't think it happens as easily as the story made it seem... It's just my opinion though!
You should check it out and see what you think!

Unfortunately I couldn't find it on Barns & Noble so I am unsure how you can get it.
However if you really like it then I think you should look into getting it somehow!
I'm sure the Mangaka will appreciate it!

That's all for now!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!!!
