Forty-four years ago, the surviving nations of the Valbanil War declared peace and forbade the use of the devastating demon contracts that ravaged the land. Now, inexperienced knight Cecily Cambell is eager to follow the example of her family and protect the people of the city using the sword she inherited from her father.

Her first challenge arises in the market. A crazed swordsman wreaks havoc upon civilians and Cecily jumps into action to restore order. Overwhelmed, her weapon shatters, but a skilled stranger wielding a strange-looking sword intervenes. With the situation diffused, Cecily heads to a local blacksmith in an effort to restore her family heirloom. Determined to have her treasured sword repaired, she seeks out the man who rescued her

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

(For some reason the crunchyroll ones are no longer available to my region but I posted it just in case it is in yours! The other two still work for me!)

I have to confess I watched this one a while back with my son simply because we were scrolling crunchyroll lookin for something to watch and we found it. It looked interesting so we watched it. It was not a waste of time and I would gladly rewatch it... In fact I did watch the first 5 over again for this and fully plan to finish the second play-through soon!

Yes I know how much it just sounded like I was talking about a game... Nope I wasn't. I fully intend to binge watch the rest of the anime... I wonder if there are more seasons than when I watched it last time! I can't wait to find out since I don't look forward when watching... what comes will come!

On that note let me tell you the rating I decided on for this one!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

I know... I know... The art was great and the story is amazing but when I watched it before it didn't have another season and I was left with questions. There also wasn't any talk of there being another season. I'm hoping against all odds that there is more when I go through it this time or that I just missed the answers the first time around. I really want to be able to give this a 10 because I loved it but yeah... Those darn questions... ugh!!!

anyways... I'm going to end it hear and with just one last thing... You are never going to believe who the villain is! check it out!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a wonderfully suspenseful day!!!!!

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

So here we have an unusual one it seems. I found a few titles that were the same and just picked one at random since I didn't know anything about any of them. I think the anime and manga gods and goddesses were watching over me as I chose because this one is quite an interesting little gem!

It's true it's a gender bender in a way.. More like a body switch though. To be honest I don't know how to classify it other than great. For some reason I just can't stop reading it! I am already on chapter 38 and there are over 40 out at the moment. once site even has it listed as having over 200!!! I don't want to reach the end but I really can't stop reading and I don't know where to find the other chapters if they don't come here... Ugh what a conundrum! Anyways...

It's time I tell you the rating I think....

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

So you have to wonder how the hell the Boy becomes the girl... were they unconscious for months or were they dead? More importantly is that if they were buried for the whole time until they woke up then how the hell did they live??? I mean... These are things that I want to know still. It's an ongoing Manga and I do hope that my rambling some of my questions has gotten you interesting too.

This little gem is quite interesting in its own right!

Then there is the question of who the new guy is that brings her to the court. and now that some of the guys have seen her skill what will happen to her? The art is drawn amazingly and the story is well thought out an planned. It does go a bit slow in the beginning but it is all building up so we have a better idea of who our lil'lady is! I don't think this could have been done better any other way!

And my job is done... Now that I have you wondering what I am talking about, I think you should go and check it out... It won't be a waste of your time!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a life changing day!!!

Synopsis

The appearance of "quirks," newly discovered super powers, has been steadily increasing over the years, with 80 percent of humanity possessing various abilities from manipulation of elements to shapeshifting. This leaves the remainder of the world completely powerless, and Izuku Midoriya is one such individual.

Since he was a child, the ambitious middle schooler has wanted nothing more than to be a hero. Izuku's unfair fate leaves him admiring heroes and taking notes on them whenever he can. But it seems that his persistence has borne some fruit: Izuku meets the number one hero and his personal idol, All Might. All Might's quirk is a unique ability that can be inherited, and he has chosen Izuku to be his successor!

Enduring many months of grueling training, Izuku enrolls in UA High, a prestigious high school famous for its excellent hero training program, and this year's freshmen look especially promising. With his bizarre but talented classmates and the looming threat of a villainous organization, Izuku will soon learn what it really means to be a hero.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

Now Just so you know... The first three links have the current 4 seasons on them but the last one is only the first season. Here are links to the other three...

Now that we have that out of the way I should tell you that I didn't expect this one to get on the list. My son and I had watched the first season the year it came out so I kinda feel like i'm cheating a bit doing a review on it. That being said I also feel like I will do better than normal because I've seen it before. I did go and re-watch the first 5 episodes so that I could be as accurate as possible and not give spoilers past that part (no promises if I end up on a rant about the show) when ever possible. I may hint to stuff at times though.

So here we have a main character who wants to fly in the face of all that is and become something he is genetically not able to become. As if that isn't hard enough there are super villains that want to destroy everything... I mean what would a world where you can be a hero be without the bad guys that are just as bad-ass as they are? Am I right or am I right?

Anyhow it takes three episodes just to get to a point where Deku isn't going to be so squishy to everyone around him but one he does... wow. That's all I'm gonna say about that! But because he was so weak before you can bet people take notice. Especially those who knew him the best! Now all of this happens because of a secret... One I'm not going to tell you... Watch it to figure it out hehe.

I will tell you the rating it got though..... Here it is!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...

The art is breathtaking at times and great the rest of the time and the story is well written so full marks there. Since there is not just one season added on already it got full marks for sequel potential lol. Again because there are more seasons, the fact that I had so many questions at the end of the 13th episode wasn't a big deal... I'd just wait and see if they were answered in the next one. Spoiler... They were but I got so many more too!

And I think I am going to end this review with you asking questions... You really should check it out to find out all your answers... I know I will be continuing the series as soon as possible... However, for tonight, I am headed to bed... It is soooo late and I just had to finish this before I could sleep!

Good night everyone!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a peaceful night or day!!!

Before I post the synopsis I wanted to say that I found more than 3 when I went looking for this title so I chose this one. It was the the only one I hadn't seen before that wasn't a hentai or a Yaoi (not that I have anything against those)... So yeah.. Here ya go!

A shoujo-ai manga about a girl named Misono who falls in love with a handsome "boy" one day as she was taking a break from her running. She believes that she shall never meet this "boy" ever again, but after warnings about problems with her foot, Misono decides to not run for a while and help out with the drama club. There she meets her "handsome prince" once again, but it turns out "he" is not who she thought he was..

My review!!!

The Manga can be read here...

So before I go on with this one I'll just say there was one that was a Yaoi and another that seemed like it was plant pron that came up most often... The Yaoi I couldn't find a translation for anywhere so I can't give a link. The other one, I could give a link to it, but there are two problems... One is that it is only found in the language it was originally written in (not English) and the other is that I don't know the age of my audience and it would be bad if someone too young read this. Using those things as an evaluation standard among the top three on the first page of searches I chose this one.

I'm really glad I did too... It really was a wonderful story!

At first I thought it was going to be similar to Cinderella because of the picture... You know... Prince and all... But there is a twist in this story that I was not expecting! It's actually not as "mainstream" as it looks to be. Also, by main stream I mean a straight romance type, not the meaning for sales.

Anyhow... This one is really a hidden gem! so Lets hope this review gives a little more light to the dark corner of the world web that it's hidden in. Who knows what else we might find... For now let me show you the rating I found it deserved!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Read" rating I give this...

I'm sure you remember the chart I use to rate this one so let me just tell you a bit about it now. The art is a bit on the cutesy side but it is beautiful none-the-less! You can see the emotion in the characters sometimes and that alone is an amazing thing to find! The story was well thought out and it was really a shame it only took 6 chapters to tell it. I would have loved to see more but like I said it was a great story even though it was short. I don't think there is really any room for a sequel at all because all the questions were answered. At least all the ones I had were answered by the end of the 6th chapter.

But maybe I missed something... You should check this one out and tell me if you have any questions after the last chapter! It would be fun to see if I found the answers on my read through or if I just missed the possible questions! I look forward to any and all comments!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a loving and wonderful day!!!

Some urban legends are best left untested! Yuuto Suou gets more than he bargained for when he joins his childhood friend Mitsuki Shimoya in testing out an urban legend. When he uses his phone to take a picture of himself with the local shrine's divine mirror, he is whisked off into another world—one heavily steeped in the lore of the old Norse myths.

Using his knowledge gained from school and from his solar-powered smartphone, he has the chance to bring the Wolf Clan, the same people who cared for him, to prominence, all while earning the adoration of a group of magic-wielding warrior maidens known as the Einherjar.

My review!!!

The Anime can be watched here...

Shall we begin now? This is a really interesting anime in that I didn't expect the story line to be what it was. The title is very misleading if you ask me. Now don't get me wrong... I'm sure it also fits if you look at it from an angle I wasn't. However, for me at least, it is misleading.

But I'll get into that in a moment... First lets talk technical!

In all my blog reviews I tell you about story and art... Here is where we do that for this one! So on an art stand point I can truly say it's great! As an artist I can fully appreciate the effort and skill it took to make this masterpiece come to life.

From a writers point of view I have to say the story is well thought out. I enjoyed it so much I finished the whole first season before writing this! It ended in a way that won't ruin anything if there isn't a season two while leaving an opening for a season two should they decide to make it!

This in itself is not an easy task!!!

Now for the easiest task I have... I'll rate it!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "Perfect-Must-Watch" rating I give this...
.
.
.
9
.
.
.
I know... I know... I gave it such high marks so why is it getting only a 9? why not a 10? The answer is simple. It got a 9 because it left some things unanswered that I felt should have been answered!

Let me spend a moment and explain this because I don't think I ever told you all how I come up with my ratings... Here is the scoring I use!

Art and Story each can earn 3 points. that leaves 4 of the 10 points in the 1 - 10 scoring I do. Those are split in half between Sequel and Questions. Now when I say Story and Art it's pretty easy to understand what I mean but Sequel and Questions aren't quite as simple.

Put simply, Sequel is for how easy I think it would be to make the ending flow into the next season, should there be one. Questions goes for my opinion of whether or not they answered everything that was important.

Now it is extremely important you realize that I said it was my opinion... I know there are people who will disagree... That's why I don't tell you where an anime or manga lost points... Just opinions I have. Those that express things I didn't like aren't necessarily where the points were lost from!

So yeah, that's how I score things. The story was a surprise to me though.. I think this is the first Isekai I have seen where the person sent to another world has contact with... Umm wait... I should probably not give away the spoilers.

I think they agree.... Moving on!!!

I guess if you want to know what I was going to say you should check it out for yourself! It really is a great catch to add to your "I've watched" list!
Let's end this review here before I'm tempted to spill the beans!!!

As always... Thanx for reading my review!
Hope you have a peaceful and connected day!!!
