About thirty years prior to the start of Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica, a number of selected people from Earth were summoned to other worlds with only about half of them being able to return. One of the young people chosen was Akatsuki Ousawa, who was sent to Alayzard to defeat the Dark Lord Garius, which he did, before returning to his original world. Some of the successful chosen ones brought back little trinkets as souvenirs. Akatsuki, on the other hand, went a different route—he brought back the defeated Dark Lord's daughter, Miu, who is now posing as his long lost little sister!

Upon returning, Akatsuki and Miu are forced to join a special school called BABEL where they must train to one day master the powers they gained in Alayzard, in hopes that they will one day be able to serve mankind. Will Akatsuki and Miu be able to keep her true identity a secret or will their plan to live peaceful lives together go up in flames?

I have some prior knowledge of this Anime from a while ago... It has been a while since I watched it though so I went ahead and re-watched the first 5 episodes to jog my memory a bit.

These two end up entangled with all the people in this pic.. And all before the first 5 episodes end too... Two are friend and one is... Well.... Kinda an enemy... Not to both but to him at least. I have to say the fact that he steals her Undergarments kinda earns her the right to hate him! Our green haired friend has it out for him from the first episode on and probably past the 5th on too... But since I haven't re-watched those yet I can't say definitively if that is true.

Boy does he look hot when he is in his Other World style clothes... check it out!

Such a bad-boy!!! And the girls look good too!!! I think that image is from Later on in the season I haven't re-watched yet... I decided to review this Anime because I heard there was a second season and I wanted to remember what was happening in the first season before I watched it!
Look forward to a review later on in the next few months or early next year being done if there really is a second season.

The First 5 episodes show a deepening bond for both our leads with people around them and it hints at big problems to come! I can't wait to see what happens next!

But... Now it's time to rate it

Just a bit of...

LOL OK I am not the brightest bulb in the box... 

Actually I already new that but I thought I should let you know it too... I'm not trying to downplay myself or anything like that... I know I rock but I don't always catch on to things unless it is spelled out for me like the ditsy anime cliche character you all love to hate to love!

On that note... when I want to try something new or get something going I never know how it is going to come across to my readers! I'm serious.. I never have the slightest clue and I just keep doing what I'm doing as I want to do it!

Some people say that is the best way to be though so maybe I'm brighter than I think!

So... Let's try to evolve again!

I have a few ideas... Here they are in no particular order!

I really want to start an interactive post somehow... But I have no idea how!

Ya I should know this one right.... Basically talk and hope people talk back... But this hasn't really worked for me yet... I don't know if there is a trick to it or what but I just don't get it!

Change the way I post things...

I could have the scheduled posts be the only regular posts with the blank days being posts for if something cool happens or I want to share something with you all.

Make a connected Blog for the YouTube stuff...

I want to make AdSense happy... They don't really want to put adds on things that are just showing you videos you didn't create yourself... So for me to share the YouTube family videos like I used I have to have them just connected to the site but not a true part of it... If that makes any sense...

Sooooo what do you think of these??? I really think I might be doing the post change and the "BlogVlog" Ideas but I am not sure how to go about the first one.

I think the rest of the posts will be really good if I just keep it like this... I have a picture blog already... So I may delete or move those posts from this blog to that one... And once I have a VlogBlog I will move the reviews of videos to that one.

I'll put all the updates on my update page... Not to mention I'll post to my social media when I post on any of the blogs from now on. I think in a way this is actually going to make it harder on me but I love a challenge and keeping this up would be one!

At a loss... Read till the end to understand!

I've been blogging for over a year consistently now... I'm really at a loss! Not exactly in a bad way either!!!

When I started this blog I didn't have a clue how long it was going to last... I didn't know if anyone would really want to know the things I wrote about... I didn't even know if I would want to continue or when I would want to stop!

I'm at a loss that a year has gone by where I write almost every day... I may miss a day here and there but I mostly write 5 days a week... And not only have I not gotten bored with writing... I am enjoying it way more than I ever thought I would!!!

There have been times where I think I want to give it up.... But then I look at the statistics for my blog... I see that there are people all over the world who at least look at my blog... And I end up feeling really really proud of my blog!

I wouldn't get to be so happy without you all so thank you soooo very much!!!!

You have no idea how much you have given me strength to continue doing what I love! The writer is often not even aware of this fact... But some are... They write for those who want to read their stuff... I'm blessed to have people who want to look at my blog!

I never know if they are reading it or if it is just being looked at and that is why self-doubt ever even happens... I get going and after a while I realize... I know if they are looking maybe they are reading so it reassures me too!

A bloggers writing life is a bit harder than a normal writers life though... A writer turns out one book at a time... So does a blogger... Only they turn out a Post at a time... 

The difference isn't how many at a time but how often they are doing this. a writer turns out books that take anywhere from months to years to write... A blogger turns out posts that take anywhere from an hour to a few days to write... It all depends on the topic!

So to me the blogger has it harder because they are expected to write a lot more content for the viewer... Even though it really is the same amount of content it is much more visible that the novelist's work is... You don't know when to expect new books from a writer but a blogger you can expect there posts like clockwork most of the time! I guess... When I really think about it...

You can say the real reason I'm at a loss is because when I started I never really thought about how much work goes into this or how little people would comment on what I write... But mostly... I never dreamed it would be this rewarding to write something that I don't know how much it is liked... It's a mystery and I love it!

I LOVE looking and seeing what new areas of the world have seen my work... And mostly I am at a loss of how to say... 

"Thank You" to you all!

I was reading this one and all I could thing was "Wow a classic case of misunderstood boy meets cute girl" type story... Not that that is a bad thing... It is a really sweet story!

Here we have a boy who is seen as a delinquent but is shy, sweet, and kind! He is misunderstood by everyone at his school to the point they are all terrified of him! But one day Kii sees a side to him no one in school has..

 And what is this... Was that a heart flutter???

But wait... Hozuki doesn't understand what it means to like someone like that...Or does he? There may be a budding romance... But because of the huge misunderstanding about Hozuki they also have a lot of obstacles coming their way! From old schoolmates to not understanding each other... Are they going to be ok? What will the road ahead bring?

I'm not sure what they will face or how this romance will play out... If it even plays out! I do have to say it would be really sad if Kii doesn't ever date him because she has a major crush by the end of chapter two or three... Her heart deserves to be happy!

OK... Now time to rate it

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "perfect-must-read" rating I give this...

It got a 6 because the story seems like it progresses slowly... Don't get me wrong... Too fast is bad too! I think it must be hard to set a perfect pace for everyone... So too slow is probably the better of the two possibilities. Also I don't like manga where there are so many misunderstandings... The occasional one is fine but to have them happen one after the other even before a real romance happens is not so good... But then again the things I saw as misunderstandings could have been meant to be them just learning more about each other... Anything is possible!

Even though it got a 6 I really do want to see what happens with them... Because I am really rooting for Kii to get to date her crush! So I think that I will probably read a bit more of it... I don't know if the story-line will change or develop enough that I want to read the whole thing but I at least want to know if they end up becoming a couple!

On this little curiosity not I am going to end the review!

Anime and Manga Roulette???

I HAVE AN IDEA!!!

OK hear me out... I have had a LOT of ideas in the past year... All of them have been aiming at making this blog a better place to visit! So this time I think I want to tweek something that is already working out really good! Lets make it better!

We do a Manga or Anime Spotlight Review every week... And up till now I haven't had many people ask me to do any so I have been picking ones that look interesting to me. This is great and all but it really is one sided too... How can I share with you ones that I wouldn't be interested in if I am always picking them? So that is where the new idea comes in.

I asked my son to pick out manga and anime for each week... Enough that I could do one a week for a year... I am going to make the final list out of those 52 names he picks... Now... He can't read Japanese and barely understands it... Add in the fact that I asked him to pick things he both liked and hated and I'm pretty sure we should get a great mix!

Once that list of names is done I am going to arrange them by rolling a dice and counting down the list using whatever name I land on as the next one.... I'll make sure to continue to alternate so we will still have an anime - manga - anime - manga type of pattern.

I figure if I do this then there is no way I will only get ones I like... Yes he has similar taste to me but he also has watched anime that I hated and he actually really liked... So somewhere in that list is bound to be one or two that I wouldn't like! I'm thinking if this works out then I'll do it again but add someone to help with picking the names. That will make it even more diverse!

Soooooo.... What do you think? Is this another good idea or is it going to be a total dud??? My son is saying he may pick some of the names from some of the AMV that he watches... And since those can be misleading on how good they will be I think it is a GREAT idea... Do you think there will be any that are in the list because they looked amazing in the AMV but end up being totally lame?

I know I shouldn't mess with things that are going good... Like the saying says... Don't fix what isn't broken... But you can't be 100% sure it is not broken if you don't change it up a bit.... If it turns out to brake from the change then I can always go back to the old way!

It's not like it is written in stone after all!

I'm going to end this post here since this is a lot to think about!

Blank? Tricks? Foggy mind? Making no sense then read on!

OK... Here goes nothing....

Have you ever had a thought... An idea... An image... And the minute you decide to put them in motion they disappear? Ya that happens all the time to me! Kinda like the gears escaping the light-bulb! So fitting a picture right?!?!?

So it's not so bad when it is my art because I can just draw whatever until I remember what I wanted to draw or paint in the first place. But for the ideas I have about my book it isn't that easy to navigate. I sometimes sit there writing nonsense on a page hoping the idea will come back! However that can be a good thing too... Usually that nonsense ends up being a great idea in itself!

In the case of  my blog I sometimes end up writing posts that seem lacking because I will sit down with what I thought was an amazing idea and the moment my hand touches the keyboard my mind goes completely and utterly blank! It can be so infuriating! And then because I need to put something out I write about the first thing that comes to mind and publish it but I really don't like it...

This block is so maddening... In fact... It's what caused me to write this post in the first place... I sat down and then POOF there goes the idea! I guess this is the example of it being good though because this isn't a bad topic to cover on a post that was never meant to be!

I feel kind of like my normal methods of remembering are useless here... A list wouldn't even help this time... After all... I don't know how I would write down what I think of before it disappears when I can't even get a word written on paper before it's gone!!! 

Any suggestions on how to stop this oddity of my brain?

I'll listen to them all and try the ones I think may help lol... But ya... This post is unplanned so I'm sorry if it isn't up to par with what I usually write. Not that I think that is all that impressive... I'm no great blogger but I have fun doing this so I keep doing it... And besides... It doesn't matter if I'm not that great as long as one person likes what I write!

After all... That person or people who like my work are who I am making content for!

So to put it simply... I forget a lot of great ideas.. It happens all the time... Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad... But as long as someone likes what I have created I'm happy!

And this is where I'm ending this ranty type post!

I'm not going to go into detail on what they say... I'll just sum it up!

 Lets just say that I cried a few times and wanted to put my fist through the TV just as often! It is a fast paced - action packed anime with a side of romance... Yup... There is Love in the air! Oh and lets not forget the heart wrenching deaths... I keep seeing the poor little girl when she realized her moms dead body is aiding in her death!

Now that I peeked your interest... It's time to rate it!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a "perfect-must-Watch" rating I give this...

I would have given this a higher mark... I should give it a 10... It was wonderfully animated but the end.... OMG the end!!! I cried and I NEED to know what happens!!!

He tells her that he felt the same way as she did when they were younger, but now things can never be the same again. MangaPark: Ao Haru Ride

Look at those faces... doesn't it just draw you in??? When I first saw them I wanted to know what kind of relationship they had... Good friends maybe... Or could they be the two lovebirds with no start to the romance as it said in the synopsis...

And to be honest... At first I felt this manga was a let down....

Yup I said it... I thought it was just another silly romance that had a cliche theme and typical story line... But as I read the 5 chapters I read for the reviews something happened! Even though it was typical... it was also different... The beautiful way the characters were drawn and the way they said things were so in sync that I got lost in the story... I started to fall for our young Kou and really feel bad for Futaba as she tried and failed to change once again...

I was very surprised that by the end of the fifth chapter I read I didn't want to stop! Kou was drawn with some really hot looks and that definitely kept my interest when things seemed a bit slow... And he has quite the cute side to him it seems... But he can also be quite cold... I wonder if we find out why as the chapters progress.... I couldn't wait to find out!

I also love the fact that the author wrote to us saying that even they didn't know everything about the characters yet! This to me made me feel like it was new discoveries we were making along with the author and somehow made me feel more toward the characters.... It was probably a writing trick but for me it definitely worked! I was hooked and I didn't even know it yet!

Now on this note I think it is a good time to rate it

I think I would have given this one a bit higher if it wasn't so typical in the beginning... It wasn't that fun to feel like I was going to know the end before I even got past the first chapter... But like I said... something about how it was written changed that... I really did get drawn into it...

I got drawn in enough that when I am done writing this I fully plan to go back to reading this.. It's surprising me how many of the manga I thought I wouldn't like I am actually ending up loving!

I hope I've made you at least a little bit curious about this manga... It really is a good read even though it starts out slow... You should really check it out!

Sims 3 talking with me!

LET'S TALK

Do any of you play this game??? I do... I have been a Sims player since the first ones! I still own all my copies too! It's been an extremely fun game for me since the beginning... So far the Sims 3 and the older Sims Online are my favorite.

I am quite reluctant to try out the sims 4 though.... I did the demo thing and I don't really like how they decided to get rid of the fact that you could run around the whole town like in the sims 3. I did like how it was easier to customize but still... It only goes so far when it comes to gameplay... Although since I haven't played it for long I can't say it isn't good.

I want to get all the achievements before I move onto another version!!!

Mistique Robin's Sims3 Page!

So what are your favorite parts of playing the game? I already told you how I love the open town play... But that isn't the only thing I love... I love the schools and the traveling... Both in the current time as well as in the future!

I know there are still things I haven't discovered simply because it hasn't gotten boring!

I haven't really done much in Island Paradise yet either... I own it but I'm still trying to get some of the earlier achievements done so I haven't payed much attention to exploring there yet.

Have you found all the hidden islands??? What is the hardest achievement you have ever earned?? Are you aggravated that you missed a timed one? Those can be so pesky at times! I have missed some because I forgot to check the page to see when they were due by! Ugh I couldn't believe it when I figured it out! I am trying to figure out if you can still get them after they are past the time!

Does anyone know if that is possible???

 I think there are currently 3 that I missed... Possibly more... I really need to check on that! I am going to spend a day playing sims this week... Maybe I should make more time to play so I don't miss the new ones that come out!

I really want to talk to you all about this stuff... I hope it's possible! Also... what is your favorite Sims adventure you have had??? OK... OK.... I know it's time...

First topic!!

Kinda... I just have a quick question for you all! I want to know.... Would you rather see posts with one topic per day or posts that have a weeks worth of small snippets?

So here is what I was thinking so that you understand where this question is coming from!

In the winter I have a lot more trouble than in the summer being able to write posts on time... The same goes for my videos on YouTube... So I wanted to know if you would rather have the posts that are scheduled and permanent like the reviews stay how they are but on the days where there is nothing on my calendar I could skip posting but write a small snippet that will be posted at the end of the week.... All the snippets would be part of that post.

Soooooo.... What do you think?!?!?

Now onto the next topic!

I need advice about what to put in my videos this winter... I hate to admit it but my life gets pretty boring during the winter. So here are some ideas I had...

Health talks

These can be about Reliv products I'm taking, exersises I still manage to do, foods I wanna try or I could talk about my illnesses that are making me late to publish... Things like that.

Popular topics

These could be talking about popular music, trending topics on twitter, make-up trends I have seen online, Anime or manga that are popular right now or YouTube videos I've seen that have lots of likes and why I think they are good or bad videos.

The last one is to poll twitter, facebook or a blog/vlog promotion page and see what people want to watch out of those topics
